How to change Elastix web administration password and FreePBX Password.
1- login to your Elastix web console
Click on Down arrow mark it will show you additional tools 
2- Click on Security
3- Click on Advance Setting.
Here you will get the option to change passwords for Database and Web Administration FreePbx password.
