If you have small Cisco UCS Setup as one chassis with full of Blades then its easy to create Servers Service profiles manually on Expert mode. download and fill the below excel file according to your requirement as per your company policy. Then start creating profile.

1-Right Click on 
Fill the information from the sheet your Service Profile will be ready. Before that you need to create Boot Policy as if you are booting from SAN or internal HDD. create boot policy as per your requirement boot order.
