Could not create the java Virtual Machine
When that happens, the easiest solution that has been tested on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 is:
Go to Start >RUN > sysdm.cpl
Click on Environment Variables
Under System Variables
Click on New
New Variable Name: _JAVA_OPTIONS
New Variable Value: -Xmx512M
Click OK
Click OK
Now try to run you Java app
