How to Create a 32-Bit DSN on a 64-Bit Operating System
When you are installing VMware Update Manager you have to create a 32 Bit ODBC connection DSN . By default when you create ODBC connection form control panel its create 64 Bit ODBC connection .
For 32 Bit ODBC Connection
Run Odbcad32.exe file is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64
For 64 Bit ODBC Connection
Run Odbcad32.exe file is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\System32
